  Nice, an interesting new route!
  
  1) Is the road from Tepelana via Salari to Nivice as well as via Amantia to Vlora now fully asphalted?
  
  2) Does your hike follow a visible trail or is trailless?

  Tepelene-Salari-Nivice is asphalted. You can take the other road Tepelene-Bence-Nivice-Salari, or Kuc-Nivice -Salari.
  The road from Amantia is not asphalted yet. The first 2200 m is a trail that leads to the shepherd's hut, after that aim for the first peak at 3700 m. From there you can see Kendrevica peak. In other words, the road is not marked and is trailless but very easy to follow as there are almost no trees at all.
