From Barcelona (before: Germany). Own walks in China, Japan, India, Europe, etc. ***Without*** GPS, in a sabbatical, I walked across all latitutes between 30ºN and 40ºN doing 1 long walk in India and 2 in Japan: INDIA 2009 from Leh (Indus, 34ºN) to Haridwar (Ganges, 30ºN); JAPAN 2009-2010 from Choshi (Pacific, 36ºN) to Morioka (40ºN-park, north of city) and from Shingu/Nachi (Pacific, 34ºN) to Tsuruga (Sea of Japan, 36ºN). 1994 ITALY from Bologna to l'Aquila. SPAIN from Almeria to Mulhacén to Granada, ca. 2004. All this on my own. Hiking vacations in a group include Siemien Mountains in ETHIOPIA and various places in FRANCE. On my own, in CHINA, I walked between the big rivers, the Yangtze and the Yellow, without GPS in 2018 (manually drawn tracks available here, names "18Xina ...") and completed this ***with*** GPS in 2019 ("19Xina ..." on Wikiloc). I hope to extend this line of China walks in future years. 2016 I walked across MADEIRA on a route which I have designed to go with hotel accomodation ("Madeira Feb2016 ...").
Living in Barcelona, I do many daywalks in CATALONIA every year, but only publish them when I think they are new. Wikiloc was founded in Catalonia and has many users and tracks here.

"noGPS" perquè no em volia comprar mai un GPS. A l'inici em descarregava rutes Wikiloc i les pujava al programa Vissir del ICC per a editar-les (a vegades), imprimir-les o marcar-les en un mapa de paper. A l'agost 2014 m'he comprat el meu primer smartphone (Sony Experia) i utilitzo el seu GPS. Faig excursions amb transport públic des de Barcelona i les publico si penso que puc aportar alguna informació nova, o per a enviar un enllaç als meus amics via WhatsApp abans de sortir perquè sàpiguen per a on estic caminant tot sol.
També participo en excursions de grups (ara principalment amb Meetup Barcelona Hiking & Outdoor). Solen ser per rutes ja publicades, doncs no les gravo ni publico.
