مسیر دسترسی به روستا: ابتدا باید روستای الیت را بیابیم. (روستای الیت در منطقله مازندران،چالوس،کندوان، قبل از رستوران همسفر هست)روستای الیت از مناطق محبوب در استان مازندران است. این روستا از توابع مرزن‌آباد شهرستان چالوس به شمار می‌رود. الیت دو هزار متر از سطح دریاهای آزاد بالاتر بوده و بهترین راه دسترسی به آن از جاده چالوس-تهران است.
پیمایش اول دره : حدود ۱۳ تا ۲۰ دقیقه(بعد محل پارک ماشین شیب زیر تابلو فلزی پاکوب مشخص تا اولین کارگاه درختی هست)
پیمایش بعد از دره: بعد از فرود آبشار چتر دو فرود دیگه هست که آنها هم چالشی و با گاید بایستی عبور کرد و آبشار آخر که پایین دست همان آبشارهای پیوسته میباشد اتمام پیمایش میباشد که از مسیر موافق رودخانه حرکت میکنید و بعد از عبور، از مسیر دست به سنگ سبک به پای کار خروجی با شیب بسیار تند و شن اسکی بایستی صعود و بالا رفتن رو پیمایش کنید تا محل روستا که بالا کوه هست(چند کلبه و ساختمان روستا از پایین قابل رؤیت هست) که یه تایم پیمایش حدودی ۲:۳۰ ساعت زمان میبرد

حجم آب در این تایم به شدت بالا
تمامی حوضچه ها پرش دارای جریان آبی بودند که بایستی با طناب گاید عبور میکردیم
و دو آبشار آخر هم که به گفته مسئول کارگاه قبلا راحت تر فرود میرفتیم به دلیل سیل های اخیر جریان آبی با حجم ارتفاع بالاتری داشت

ترک خروج رو ثبت نکردم چون یکم استراحت و کمپ داشتیم و کمی چالشی

مهم و ضروری : 1. جریانهای آبی این تنگ در کلاس آبی 4 میباشد و فوق العاده خطرناك است پس در صورت عدم آشنائی و تجربه با جریانهای آبی پائین تر از ورود به دره جداً خودداری کنید.
2.تا قبل از آبشار اژدها امکان خروج از تنگ وجود دارد پس اگر تیم توان درگیری با جریانهای آبی را ندارد سریعاً خارج شوید. 3.در فرود پنجم از روی طاقچه حوضچه آب زیرین به شدت خطرناك است .
4.فرود هفتم نفر اول باید توانائی بسیار زیادی داشته باشد و بعد از آن حتماً طناب تیرول استفاده شود چون فشار آب آبشار بسیار خطرناك است.
5.فرود هشتم احتمال پرت شدن از آبشار بعدی بسیار زیاد است پس تا محل امن از حمایت طناب خارج نشوید.(آبشار وکیوم)

2. It is possible to get out of the narrow before the dragon waterfall, so if the team is not able to deal with the water currents, get out quickly. 3. In the fifth descent from the ledge of the bottom water pond, it is extremely dangerous.
4. The seventh landing, the first person must have a lot of ability and after that, the Tyrolean rope must be used because the water pressure of the waterfall is very dangerous.
5. The eighth descent, the possibility of being thrown from the next waterfall is very high, so don't leave the support of the rope until you reach a safe place. (vacuum waterfall)
