Itinerary description
Stumbled across this mountain as it’s the highest peak in Wales outside the National Parks. It’s also fairly close to home and we only had a day trip available this week.
Although a cool route and a pretty remote & wild setting this was really hard work.
Off road was extremely wet, muddy & boggy and the paths were all really uneven underfoot so you were constantly off stride, wobbling about and generally battling your way across the trails.
Glad I did it. Glad it’s over.
