Itinerary description
The terrain is pretty easy with one exception.
It follows route 1, Via Alpina.
I did it in reverse order because the weather forecast suggested storms in afternoon. Pretty much all the hikers coming in opposite direction (east to west)
Done in 4h56 moving time, 7.7 km/h
The actual route 1 should be 34 kilometres, not 39 kilometres.
I noticed the path got narrow and very steep and took a detour down to valley and then back up. It was a very rainy day with slippery conditions, running alone and late in the day.
