Itinerary description

The 𝐇𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐥𝐢 𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐩 or Artavan Loop is a newly marked and updated shorter version of the old, longer route.

It first follows a section of the TCT (Ughedzor–Artavan trail) leading to the lake, and from there, forms a loop via a newly constructed trail.

Unlike the longer option, this trail does not include Andranik Fortress or Nare Waterfall, and is better suited for those seeking a moderate hike near the village with a visit to the lake.
