Itinerary description
Windermere to Steamboat museum cafe loop. Lovely walk by the lake side, nice for a picnic, followed by a short road walk to the Jetty museum cafe. There are three heated benches under the boat pods outside with fabulous views up the lake to the Fairfield Horseshoe and Red Screes. Walk back is via the Beemire, the quiet lane behind windermere.
