Pinecraft Park’s launch is situated along Philippi Creek. We paddled in both directions until the water levels were too low to continue. This paddle is serene and pretty with a mix of both shady foliage and homes.
About 5 kilometers of this trip heading upstream was portaged along well trod paths to bypass the stronger water. But a great run back downstream with only one portage to get around a weir.
